Plans, leads, organizes and controls the project team and partners with the Director to ensure timely delivery based on the approved plan.
• Maintain an effective relationship with Client built on mutual respect, open communication, collaboration and accountability.
• Work with production team in ensuring on time delivery of output.
• Take the lead on decision making and make sure that it is executed well.
• Manage the overall schedule, work closely with Production Coordinators and Assistants to ensure that the schedules and staffing profiles are accurate and up to date.
