JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager of Finance & Accounting helps the Finance & Accounting Manager with various administrative and financial related tasks. This role is primarily responsible for managing the financial reporting process of Top Draw Animation companies ensuring that all transactions and documentations are compliant with the applicable financial reporting standards. While ensuring strict compliance and timely submission of reports to government agencies such as BIR, SEC etc.. This requires maintaining the General Ledger of the company, resolving accounting issues, maintaining internal controls, and managing the accounts payable team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES‍

• This position is responsible for preparing the companies management and Financial reports while assisting in external audits

• Keeping up to date on government requirements and deadlines

• Collaborates with the Production Accountant and Payroll Lead in creation for reports.

• Assists in budget creation details

• Coordinates with our company related entities.

• Handles any other topics and tasks related to Finance and Accounting

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Areas

‍

• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounting standards applicable and financial reporting practices

• Strong technical accounting knowledge (BIR, PFRS and GAAP).

• In-depth understanding of mandatory government rules and regulation applicable for Top Draw Animation

• Advance knowledge in MS Office Excel

Work Experience

‍

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant

• Has at least two (2) years experience in working as a supervisor in an audit firm

• Has at least three (3) years of experience working in financial reporting process and financial compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business courses focused on bookkeeping and reporting standards
