The Founders: Wayne and Stella
Wayne (Retired Managing Director) and Stella Dearing (Senior Executive Vice President) have a combined 72 years in the business (yep, hard to believe) and they have literally seen it all.
After already working for industry heavy weights Hanna Barbera since the 70’s and 80’s, Wayne and Stella created Top Draw from one computer in their living room. Their greatest strength is their commitment to people and the product itself. Nothing else matters and they know that success will rightly follow when they focus on the quality of their work and their commitment to their relationships.
