Industry activity was still badly depressed and tales of woe were common. There’s no doubt that we were struggling…but we certainly weren’t Robinson Crusoe in this regard. In fact, we were better off than most by not having a huge infrastructure to support through the ‘bad times’.
2002 earmarks our grand entree into the world of IT through the introduction of US Animation as our digital paint system. This was certainly a sign of bigger things to come and the beginning of a shift in the nature of the business towards technology.
We continue to grow. This year we added 75 artists to our labour pool and 325 square meters to our studio space.
